What is Bluetooth and How to Activate on Windows 10 Laptop ?
Here’s how to activate Bluetooth on a laptop with Windows 10 operating system:
Press the Windows Start button in the lower-left corner of the screen
Press the Settings button above the Power button
After that click on Devices
Turn on the Bluetooth button until it turns blue.
Note that the Bluetooth button in the Devices menu will only be active if Windows 10 detects that the laptop has a Bluetooth feature, or a Bluetooth adapter is already installed on the laptop without Bluetooth. If you want to connect your laptop to a Bluetooth device, simply click the Add Bluetooth or other device button above the Bluetooth button.
In addition to the above method, there is another way to turn on Bluetooth on a laptop:
Press the Notifications button in the bottom right corner of the screen
Find the Bluetooth button and press it
When active, the Bluetooth button will be blue.
You can also turn on Bluetooth on your laptop with the Keyboard key, follow these steps:
Laptops with Bluetooth usually have a Bluetooth button on the Function keys
Press the Fn key + the Bluetooth icon on the F1 to F12 keys

The goal is to reduce complexity, power and cost. Bluetooth is implemented in places that do not support wireless systems such as at home or on the street to form a Personal Area Networking (PAN), which is equipment that is used together.
